GTA 6 Activities
15 entries
What is there to do in GTA 6 beyond the story? This GTA 6 activities list rounds up every side activity and mini-game across Leonida, from returning staples like the gym, pool and fishing to brand-new hobbies such as kayaking and mini golf. Each entry is labelled confirmed, leaked, expected or speculation with the reasoning attached, and the list grows as Rockstar reveals more.
ConfirmedBackyard Wrestling
Backyard wrestling is a confirmed GTA 6 side activity: the Extended Look’s montage shows Jason body slammed onto a mattress ring, taking John Cena’s Attitude Adjustment finisher in someone’s garden.
ConfirmedFishing
Fishing is officially confirmed: Rockstar’s own copy for the Shitzu Squalo speedboat names Gambit Bay as a casting spot, and the studio describes Mount Kalaga as offering prime fishing along Leonida’s northern border.
ConfirmedGym & Working Out
Gyms are a confirmed system in GTA 6: the Extended Look shows Lucia on the bench press, previewers watched Rob Nelson buy a gym membership and a protein shake before a workout, and Rockstar has confirmed both protagonists gain and lose fat and muscle based on how they eat and exercise.
ConfirmedHunting
Hunting is officially confirmed: Rockstar’s description of Mount Kalaga promises prime hunting, fishing and off-road trails, placing the pursuit in the lush state park along Leonida’s northern border.
ConfirmedKayaking
Kayaking is a series first that Rockstar has confirmed in motion: the Extended Look shows kayaks paddled through Vice City’s waterways alongside jet skis, and Rob Nelson names kayaking as one of the self-made dates Jason and Lucia can go on together.
ConfirmedMini Golf
Mini golf is confirmed as a brand-new pastime for the series: an official Rockstar screenshot shows Cal Hampton posing with a putter on a mini-golf course, the kind of kitschy roadside attraction that fits Leonida’s tourist-trap energy.
ConfirmedOff-Road Races
Off-roading is confirmed on screen: the Extended Look shows a 12-vehicle multi-class off-road race pitting dirt bikes against ATVs and trucks, backing up Rockstar’s Mount Kalaga copy about prime off-road trails and the earlier dirt bike and ATV screenshots.
ConfirmedPool
Pool is confirmed to rack up again for the first time since GTA IV: Trailer 2 shows Jason shooting pool with his friend Cal in one of Vice City’s bar scenes, restoring one of the series’ most-missed social pastimes.
ConfirmedScuba Diving
Scuba diving is confirmed by Rockstar’s screenshots and the Extended Look, which shows divers exploring reefs among sea turtles, stingrays and reef fish in the Leonida Keys with an oxygen-tank meter on the HUD, a change from GTA 5’s unlimited scuba air.
ConfirmedStreet Races
Street racing is confirmed: the Extended Look shows night-time races through Vice City with nitrous, 16-racer fields, point-to-point and lap formats and new pink checkpoints, sending tuned cars flat-out through neon-soaked boulevards in the high-speed, high-risk circuit that has anchored every modern GTA.
ConfirmedWyman’s Classic Car Collection
Wyman’s Classic Car Collection is officially confirmed: Rockstar’s June 2026 pre-order reveal named it as a special commission from eccentric collector and local fixer Wyman, sending players after abandoned classic and work-in-progress project cars scattered across Leonida.
LeakedArcade Games
Playable arcade cabinets are in GTA 6’s single player: the August 2026 leaked game store clip shows three machines inside Game Hoorde, at least one carrying an interaction prompt.
LeakedBasketball
Basketball is officially confirmed: the Extended Look shows Jason dribbling and shooting hoops on the half-court at his first safehouse in the Leonida Keys, matching the August 2026 leak and making GTA 6 the first game in the series with playable basketball since San Andreas.
LeakedBoxing & Fighting
Organised fighting is set to return for the first time since GTA IV, and the Extended Look showed the underlying brawling in action, with Lucia’s boxing training driving an agile melee style and Jason getting body-slammed in a backyard wrestling match.
ExpectedTennis
Tennis is expected to volley back from GTA 5, a polished one-on-one mini-game played out on the courts of Leonida’s country clubs and public parks, rewarding timing, positioning and shot placement.
