GTA 5 let you ride a Ferris wheel and a coaster; nothing shown for Leonida matches that yet. The nearest confirmed thing to a theme park swaps rides for mud and lifted trucks.

Del Perro Pier set the standard in GTA 5: a boardwalk where the Ferris wheel and rollercoaster actually ran. A Ferris wheel turns up in Vice City skyline shots, but nothing shows it, or any park, being rideable, which is conspicuous given that real Florida is the theme park capital of the planet. Until something surfaces, this stays speculation.

What Leonida has instead

The closest confirmed cousin is the Thrillbilly Mud Club from Trailer 1, an off-road park where the attractions are mud pits and lifted trucks rather than carousels. Official screenshots of mud parties in Ambrosia complete the picture: this state entertains itself with horsepower.

If a classic pier park does exist, Vice Beach is its natural home, and Rockstar skewering the theme park industry would surprise nobody.
