The named venues

Strip clubs appear on the activity lists compiled from the Extended Look and IGN’s preview, and unlike most entries here, the venues already have names. The Jack of Hearts is woven into the game’s marketing deeply enough to suggest story duty, while the Delights Cabaret gives Port Gellhorn’s faded strip its anchor. The contrast between the two towns is clearly deliberate.

Previews mention throwing money as an interaction, which lines up with GTA 5’s club systems: tipping, private dances, bouncer rules you could push too far. Trevor ended up owning the Vanilla Unicorn in that game, and strip clubs have appeared in every 3D-era GTA since the Pole Position in 2002, so ownership mechanics returning would fit the pattern.
