Three pieces of evidence

First, an official screenshot shows a break-in at a shop in Ambrosia. Second, the August 2026 leak included a gas station robbery mid-flow. Third, and most interesting, Rob Nelson told IGN that robbing stores or banks together has a positive effect on Jason and Lucia’s relationship. One activity, confirmed from three different directions.

A two-hander this time

GTA 5 let you point a gun at any till and find out whether the cashier was brave; GTA 6 appears to layer stealth, a partner and relationship consequences on top. The leaked mechanics footage also suggests the world pushes back, with some shopkeepers fighting back and rural jobs drawing slower but angrier responses.

For a game built around a criminal couple, the petty end of crime doubling as relationship glue is a neat piece of design economy.
