Real Florida boating revolves around sandbar parties and marina socials, and Leonida’s Keys and intracoastal waters could host both without breaking a sweat. That is the whole case. Watercraft are confirmed from jet ski rentals to leak-clip speedboats, but no material shows owners rafting up to socialise, and GTA has never modelled boat culture the way it models car culture. The official Ambrosia mud party screenshots at least prove Rockstar is building gatherings around vehicles; whether that idea gets wet is unknown.
