im just happy theyre not doing the "movie monster gator" thing. if its swampy and they mostly just float there until you get too close, thats perfect. also please let me photograph one from an airboat without dying lol
grew up around these things and yes they really do just sit there like logs til they dont. if the everglades section has em ambushing npcs near the airboats thats gonna be the most realistic thing in the game

biggest wilderness in the game and they modeled it on the glades, im home. hope the airboats handle right and the water actually has current to fight

if they put these in the shallows and you can actually spot em in the weeds im gonna lose it. manatees are so goofy but kinda majestic.
