WTF is a chicken truck parked in the Extended Look’s jewellery district, and the small print is the whole joke: Wow That’s Fowl. It is a classic Rockstar acronym gag in the lineage of the series’ less printable brand names, and it gives the district’s office workers somewhere to queue at lunch while the robbery kicks off up the street.
