Vice-Dale County contains the densest urban concentration in the game, with Vice City as its county seat. The county stretches from the South Beach hotel strip on the Atlantic side, across the Venetian Islands and Vice Beach, through downtown Crosstown, Stockyard, and Rockridge, into the cultural districts of Little Haiti and Little Havana, and out to the Vice City Port and Vice City International Airport.
