Raul is the seasoned heister of the cast. Rockstar's Trailer 2 portrait shows him in a back room, gold phone to ear, with bank monitors out of focus behind him. A companion still places him behind the wheel of a coupe, leather jacket and gloves on, a stack of cash on the passenger seat and a pistol in the centre console.

Trailer 2 positions Raul as the operator who brings Lucia into bigger jobs. He is one of the rare named adults who is shown both planning and executing on-screen, which is a strong signal that a heist arc forms a core part of the campaign.

Rockstar's short character bios describe him in promotional copy as "charming"; the trailer's framing leans into a polite, calculated demeanor rather than the volatility of past GTA antagonists.
