Lori is named in Trailer 2 as Brian’s wife. The trailer’s framing places her inside the smuggling operation rather than separate from it: she works at the boat yard and handles weapons stored on-site. The Extended Look adds that she and Brian have known Jason for a long time, and the greeting on arrival introduces her as Brian’s sixth wife.

Lori’s first proper scene is the rooftop dinner at the Effluvia bar in the Extended Look. She greets Jason and Lucia warmly, pulling them in for a hug and telling them she had told Brian she thought the two of them were both dead, before demanding to know everything they have got themselves into. The scene is intercut with a flash of the couple in disguise being arrested and then freed by an unseen party, so Lori’s question doubles as the game’s way of catching the player up. When Brian raises a job that only needs one of them, Lucia takes it and Lori appears to walk her out, mentioning that she needs the ladies' room, while Brian and Jason take in the view from the terrace for Brian’s carousel story. Beyond this scene and her place at the boat yard, Rockstar has released no further detail about her.

IGN’s earlier breakdown described her as Brian’s third wife. The Extended Look supersedes that: the rooftop greeting calls her his sixth wife, framing Brian as a serial husband and Lori as the latest to last.
