Coastal Run is a fan idea for a straightforward timed delivery along the Vice Beach coastal highway, scenic by design. Vice Beach is a confirmed area; the mission is invented, and intentionally modest in scope.

It exists mostly as a counterweight to the wiki’s love of elaborate heist theories, a reminder that GTA also runs on small jobs. The giver and cargo are placeholders, not confirmed details.

Timed deliveries are a GTA staple, so a beach-highway version is an easy bet. That makes the format plausible, not the specific mission real.
