Flacibo sits in the bodega’s toiletries run, and Jeeves Williams’ brand review names it directly as the game’s Viagra. The joke is entirely in the etymology: flaccid welded to placebo, an erectile dysfunction pill that, by its own name, is sugar.

The review calls it one of the best names in the whole Extended Look brand haul, and it is hard to argue. It shares shelf space with Mortalax and the rest of Phix country.
