Phix is the company rather than the product, glimpsed as a corner logo on the Angstipan commercial and on the brand’s Trailer 1 billboard. Every source lands on the same read: the GTA Wiki, Jeeves Williams’ brand review and the GTA 6 subreddit all call it Pfizer, down to the pre 2021 logo shape.

The name is the joke doing double duty. Phix reads as fix, slang for a dose of an addictive drug, which is a bold thing for a pharmaceutical company to admit on its own advertising. It is the first big pharma parody confirmed for Leonida.
