HEAT goes back to San Andreas, which makes Jason’s tee in the Extended Look a twenty year costume continuity note. The GTA Wiki files it under Adidas with borrowed Nike sloganeering, the standard GTA approach of parodying a category through its loudest members. In a city named Vice, wearing HEAT reads two ways, and both fit Jason.
