Port Gellhorn is the gritty coastal city anchoring Kelly County, with its own dedicated police force. Cheap motels, shuttered attractions, and a rough new economy built on liquor and painkillers define the city.

The screenshots released around the Extended Look confirm the faded vacation town reading. Creators describe a western coastal city that used to be a holiday destination and no longer gets the tourists, run down and dominated by small strip malls and shabby hotels, with a feel closer to GTA V’s Sandy Shores than to Vice City. One screenshot is set in a trailer park on the edge of town: a manufactured home park under a tangle of sagging power lines and leaning poles, with rubbish everywhere, plastic chairs, bonfires, ATVs and a customised street quad, dogs, residents on a porch under the stars and stripes, and a modified car with green headlights, a cut-out hood scoop and double racing stripes, all under a low rolling fog. The Extended Look outro montage also gives the first official look inside the Delights Cabaret strip club, with Dre mixing music and a woman in a Love Fist shirt in the crowd.

The Extended Look showed circuit racing on a bespoke track with sixteen cars in GT racing trim. One creator who attended the preview believes that racetrack is in Port Gellhorn, but its location has not been confirmed by Rockstar.

In the August 2026 leak, the Port Gellhorn name appears on police cars, consistent with the city running its own dedicated force. Rockstar has not acknowledged the leaked material.

Port Gellhorn is most often compared to Panama City, Florida. The real Panama City is a Gulf Coast Panhandle town of white sand beaches, boardwalk amusements, and aging motel strips, long a spring break and fishing destination.

Leaked clip fourteen from the August 2026 wave tours a strip mall on the city’s edge signed as the Crossroad Park Mini Mall, a location fans matched to a blink-and-miss-it Trailer 2 shot. The anchor tenant is Game Hoorde, a game and electronics store the clip explores in full, flanked by a We Have Shoes outlet whose fallen S turns the sign into a punchline. The rest of the row runs to a Wet n Wild reptile and pet supply store under an aging grand opening banner, a barber shop, a vape shop and a run of clothing stores, most of them enterable. When the player drives off, a Port Gellhorn location notice fades in on screen, pinning the mall to the city.

Port Gellhorn is confirmed by Rockstar Games in official Newswire location copy, trailer footage, and published screenshots. The Extended Look adds the first official interior look at the Delights Cabaret in its outro montage, and the screenshots released alongside it show the trailer park on the city’s edge. The August 2026 leaked clips add unofficial interior looks at the city, including the Crossroad Park Mini Mall storefronts.
