Overview
The S23 is the second Lure Predator hull confirmed for GTA 6, after the L35P that the police also run. Trailer 2 shows one docked at the jetty where Jason and Lucia sit at 1:21 and another cruising a Vice City canal at 2:33; official screenshots pair two of them side by side in the Leonida Keys, and one anchors the foreground of An Extended Look.
It is a classic centre-console bay boat with an optional roof and a single Dinka outboard, the kind of boat half of coastal Leonida would plausibly own.
