Delmar

At 0:23 of Trailer 1, while speedboats tear across the bay, the Delmar sits docked at Port Vice City with Bilgeco, Jetsam and Boxtrax containers stacked on deck. Community documentation treats it as a static, scripted prop rather than a pilotable vessel, and this entry follows that reading: you will almost certainly never steer it.

It earns a database entry anyway. Named ships anchor the port economy Rockstar keeps hinting at, from the Hauler fleets on the promotional website to the dockside heists everyone is predicting.
