Water Taxi

Vice City has public transport on the water. An Extended Look shows this roofed bay boat working its way through Downtown, dressed in a yellow, multi-coloured Aqua Jet Water Taxi livery with metal fencing around the passenger deck; an official screenshot provides a second angle. It is a direct nod to the real Water Taxi Miami boats that shuttle tourists around Biscayne Bay.

A branded water taxi implies routes, stops and schedules in the harbour traffic, the nautical equivalent of the city’s buses. For players it also means one more hijackable ride with civilian witnesses attached, and canal-side escape logic Vice City’s 2002 version never had.
