Neon Riders

The Neon Riders are pure wikigtavi worldbuilding, dreamed up from a downtown street-racing moment in the second trailer. No leak and no official source names a motorcycle street gang here, so this entry is fan theory from top to bottom, and we say so plainly.

We cast them as a wildcard crew too small for the bigger players to bother absorbing but too organised to ignore, a flexible ally-or-enemy for street-level missions. All invention.

The name is a wink at wikigtavi’s own pink-and-cyan palette, which matched the bikes in the racing clip. A fun bit of self-reference, and a reminder this one is ours, not Rockstar’s.
