San4San

San4San is the modern heir to Vice City’s Haitian gang heritage, set in La Perle, the game’s take on Miami’s Little Haiti. The name appears in the September 2022 leak files, listed in a debug menu of world events, and on a derelict warehouse mural reading "S4SLIFE" on the western edge of the neighbourhood. That same mural can be picked out in the second trailer.

The shorthand "San4San" is widely read as a stylised "Blood4Blood", a fitting motto for a tight, territory-driven street crew.

San4San looks set to be the street-level face of La Perle rather than a state-spanning empire. Trailer footage of an NPC in a blue bandana echoes the original Vice City Haitians, and the community treats San4San as that lineage updated for Leonida. How deeply they tie into Jason and Lucia’s arc is still open.

Expect neighbourhood turf work, foot-and-vehicle chases through La Perle, and the kind of street-corner conflict that defined the classic Vice City gang rivalries. Their debug-menu world events hint at scripted street encounters rather than scripted heists.
