On the list

Wine is listed among the food and drink items in the September 2022 build, filed as recovery alongside Soda. The series has always paired alcohol with consequences, from Vice City’s swaying camera to GTA 5’s drunk driving, so a bottle that heals a little and impairs a lot would be entirely in character. That trade-off is speculation; the item itself is on the list.
