A cap on an equipment list

Most leaked equipment is tooling: lock picks, jammers, trauma kits. Then there is Rod’s Racing Cap, a named piece of headwear sitting on the same list. It could be a quest item, a collectible, a clothing reward or a leftover developer joke, and the leaked material offers nothing to choose between those. The specificity of the name is the only real clue that it matters to someone called Rod.
