Juicy Joe’s was catalogued from the Extended Look’s street signage. The obvious real-world echo is Joe’s Stone Crab, the century-old Miami Beach institution, though that reading is fan interpretation rather than anything the sign spells out. Either way, Vice City’s restaurant scene keeps growing with every frame-by-frame pass of the footage.
