Overview
Temple Parks is a development spotted in the Extended Look’s downtown footage, read by the logo-spotting community as Vice City’s version of Miami’s riverfront regeneration, the genre of project that turns working waterfront into renderings of people jogging. The name promises both worship and greenery, and will likely deliver retail.
Riverwalk districts are useful to an open-world game: dense, walkable, photogenic at night. If Blackwell Sandrock is the money and Mason Ridge the muscle, Temple Parks is the brochure they hand the city council.
