Mason Ridge

Mason Ridge is a construction company spotted on a van in the Extended Look, its name assembled from the same catalogue every upscale American builder shops at: one trade, one landform, no verbs. No specific parody target has been identified, because none is needed; the genericness is the joke.

It joins Schlott Construction on Leonida’s building sites, presumably at the opposite end of the invoice. Where Schlott’s name promises trouble, Mason Ridge promises a granite countertop and a schedule overrun delivered in a nicer font.
