Fleeca Field

Vice City’s stadium carries Fleeca naming rights, a very American gag about banks buying ballparks, seen twice in the Extended Look.

Overview

Fleeca Field is Vice City’s stadium, and the name tells you exactly how it got paid for. Fleeca, the series’ long-running consumer bank, has bought the naming rights, mirroring the real Florida habit of stamping financial brands on sports venues. The stadium reads clearly in the skyline during the Extended Look’s La Perle opening and again around the airport sequence.

What gets played inside is still unknown. Between this, the Sahara Arena and Boone Speedway, the Extended Look quietly confirmed a full roster of sports venues for the state.

Real-world basis
loanDepot park (Miami)
The retractable-roof Marlins ballpark in Little Havana, its naming rights sold to a lender just like Vice City’s.
