Overview

Baracca fills the white rum slot in the Extended Look bodega, and it comes with a small mystery. The first pass read the label as Baracca, but a closer look suggests Baracoa, which happens to be the oldest colonial town in Cuba. Either reading keeps the Bacardi shaped silhouette, and either fits a city an hour’s boat ride from Cuban rum culture. It shelves near fellow Cuba nod Jagua.

Real-world basis
Bacardi
Bacardi and the white rum category, per Jeeves Williams’ brand review, which suggests the label may read Baracoa, Cuba’s oldest town.
