Official sightings

The MAC-11 shows up in official GTA 6 screenshots, and pre-order material for the Vintage Vice City Pack includes a special retro tint for it, which all but guarantees the gun ships at launch. Rockstar has not printed a fictional name on it yet, so community lists track it under the real designation.

A Miami icon

No gun says 1980s Florida crime quite like the Ingram MAC-11, the smaller .380 sibling of the MAC-10 that became shorthand for the cocaine-era shootout. Its return to a Vice City game lands as deliberate period casting, nearly a quarter century after the MAC-10 armed half of the original Vice City’s missions.
