Overview
Vice City police drive the Interceptor; everyone else drives this. The Lowline is the unmarked civilian sedan behind the force’s workhorse cruiser, and An Extended Look scatters it everywhere: along Shore Drive, in red and black around town, and from behind on the Admiral Causeway.
In the leak footage
August 2026 clips keep finding it. A white example queues outside the Allied Crystal Sugar Refinery, one turns onto a bridge at Calderon and Cicada Avenue, Jason overtakes a black one near the airport, and an olive green Lowline sits outside a Xero gas station minimart on Route 82. Ex-fleet sedans in civilian hands are a running American joke, and Leonida appears to be in on it.
