Overview
The Locust’s entire GTA 6 case rests on fourteen seconds of a September 2022 development clip, where a green and yellow example drives past Lucia in the top-left corner of the frame, partly obscured by the debug interface. That is thin, but the silhouette of a 3-Eleven style speedster is hard to confuse with anything else on the road.
Until official footage surfaces, treat this one as a development-build sighting: present in 2022, unverified since.
