HVY’s do-anything chassis cab turned up early. One September 2022 clip holds on a red Biff stopped at a Vice City intersection, its Kenworth T300-style bonnet unmistakable even at leak resolution. The same footage separately caught its cement-drum sibling, the four-axle Mixer.

Since then, community vehicle databases have logged what appears to be an updated Biff cab at five separate moments in the Extended Look, from highway traffic to jobsite backgrounds, suggesting the truck is woven right through Leonida’s working economy.
