Overview

Two separate 2022 clips carry the Moonbeam: one has it rolling along U.S. Route 2 past the Gas Stop, the other catches it parked and filmed square from the rear. Both show the familiar one-box Astro silhouette that has served Declasse since the Liberty City era.

Lowrider royalty

The Moonbeam matters less as transport than as a canvas. GTA Online’s custom version became a staple of the lowrider scene, all hydraulics, crushed velvet and chain steering wheels, and Vice City’s van culture would be poorer without a successor. The leaked sightings show stock vans, so the benchwork is presumably waiting at the mod shop.
