Overview
The Mamba GT is a Coupes-class sports classic in Grand Theft Auto VI, manufactured in-game by Declasse and based on the Shelby Daytona Coupe. A brand new vehicle debuting with GTA VI, it is the successor to the Mamba from GTA Online.
With its long nose, fastback roof and racing pedigree, the Mamba GT is built to look every bit the 60s endurance hero.

The Mamba GT is confirmed for GTA VI after being shown in official screenshots. It was also mentioned in the September 2022 leaks as part of the Classic Car Collection, and it appears in GTA Online.
Trivia
The Mamba GT is tied to the Classic Car Collection side mission given by Wyman, which is exclusive to the Ultimate Edition of GTA VI.
