The Injection’s return surfaced in the October 2026 leak wave, in the long gameplay video the community nicknamed An Extended Leek. Several examples appear at the Thrillbilly Mud Club, both in the event’s intro and the race itself, which is precisely where a Baja Bug belongs.

As leaked material, the details below should be treated as unconfirmed until Rockstar shows the car officially.

The footage shows more than a straight port. The GTA 6 Injection carries tubular-framed roof spotlights, a new skid plate, wider open-flared fenders, an engine cover and multiple liveries, plus a redesigned BF logo on the bonnet. It reads like Rockstar rebuilt the series’ oldest buggy specifically for Leonida’s mud-racing scene.
