Overview
Crotch Grab Guy is a nameless background NPC from Trailer 1 who became a viral talking point in the GTA VI community within hours of the trailer dropping. Rockstar has not given him an official name.
Role
Strictly a piece of ambient world-building. He has not reappeared in later official material, but is consistently cited as one of the first NPCs that signalled the game's commitment to crowd density and characterful background animation.
